Our cozy and welcoming venue is located in the very center of the city, right opposite the well-known Luciano restaurant and just steps from Bauman Street, the main pedestrian street. Nearby you will find many bus and trolleybus stops, convenient parking, comfortable hotels for overnight stays, as well as business offices. It is equally easy to reach us for both local residents and guests of the capital.
The grilled pork ribs deserve special attention: they are tender, with an appetizing crust and a deep meaty flavor. Marbled beef steaks and burgers made from the same meat complete the main lineup of hot dishes. At Grill Boss, you can also try juicy shashlik with a completely different taste compared with other venues, thanks to our individual cooking method. The snacks in our bar are selected to pair with any alcohol, from beer to spirits.
Our bar offers a wide selection of drinks: draft and bottled beers of different styles, spirits (whiskey, rum, gin, vodka, cognac), homemade house infusions, as well as classic and original cocktails. On weekdays from 11:00 to 17:00, our venue serves business lunches in the true cost format. A true cost lunch is a new lunch format in Kazan where you do not overpay the restaurant markup and still get delicious, high-quality dishes. We cook quickly and generously, without a long wait.
